The team\u2019s core function is to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to commit to our national movement for educational equity. The team nurtures a growing network of local, regional, and global champions who are deeply connected and involved with the mission of our organization, lending their voice, resources, and support to our cause while committing to scaling and maximizing the impact of our program. In addition, the team is responsible for strategic communication, and some aspects of branding and management of relationships with the government.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To help the Development team strengthen existing relationships, nurture new ones, and secure the financial sustainability and growth of Teach For Bangladesh as an organization, we are looking for a proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented Associate, Partnership Development. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working closely with the Director, Partnership Development &amp; Resource Mobilization, the Manager will help the team<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">achieve its broader goals, which include:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managing and growing Teach For Bangladesh\u2019s key partnerships and alliances;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Growing a funding portfolio that sustains Teach For Bangladesh\u2019s immediate and future growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establishing and maintaining key team processes including donor research, grant proposal and report writing, cultivation pipelines, and strategies, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role of Associate, Partnership Development is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands and deeply connects with the purpose of our mission and, is looking to grow their skills in strategic communication, relationship management, and is actively seeking deeper exposure to the broader local and international development sector while <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maximizing their impact in the lives of Bangladesh\u2019s most underserved children.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Major Responsibilities<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Write high-quality communications that promote stakeholder engagement with strategic priorities and key messages: funding proposals, bilateral and multilateral grant proposals, concept notes, and grant reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research, identify new leads, and assist in securing potential new supporters in the nonprofit, corporate, and public sector as well as the bilateral and multilateral space\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support in managing a portfolio of existing relationships with timely communication and bespoke touchpoints<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support execution of innovative local and international fundraising campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support the Development team\u2019s branding and social media strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan, coordinate, and execute high quality events that leverage Fellows, students, schools, communities, and Teach For Bangladesh staff\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay up to speed with Bangladeshi and global education, funding, and policy landscape\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage vendors for Development team events, processes, and publications\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate logistics and note taking for meetings, prepare relevant materials and briefing for\u00a0 Partnership Development Manager, Director, and the CEO\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support Partnership Development Manager with operational activities such as partnership cultivation and stewardship<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain high degree of professionalism in internal and external communications<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Key Skills and Competencies<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deep understanding of and strong alignment to Teach For Bangladesh&#8217;s mission, vision and core values (see <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teachforbangladesh.org\/about-us\/core-values\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/teachforbangladesh.org\/about-us\/core-values\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong belief that every child can learn and achieve high results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences, internal teams and stakeholders while presenting ideas clearly and in an engaging manner\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong organizational and proven time management skills;
