Fellows work at the grassroots level to improve student learning outcomes, promote socio-emotional development, and drive community initiatives around health, hygiene, and climate awareness. Since its inception, the program has reached over 117,000 students across 64 schools. Through targeted instruction, remedial support, and creative, student-centered strategies, Fellows help children build essential skills that form the bedrock of future learning.
